Why it crunches
We freeze every batch far below zero, then a vacuum pulls out the water. Each piece puffs up to about twice its size and turns light and airy, so it melts in your mouth with a big crunch. Same great flavor, maybe even a bit more.

Chili-lime seasoning: chili peppers, sea salt, citric acid, contains 0.5% or less of dehydrated lime juice, silicon dioxide (to prevent caking).
