If your package bounces back to us at Tahoe Treats for any reason and you still want it, no worries! You'll just need to cover the full shipping cost to get it sent out again. We'll send an invoice to the email you provided with the exact shipping cost. Unfortunately, we can't offer refunds for returned orders, but we're happy to reship it! The shipping company will require us to pay for shipping again so this is why we need to collect shipping for a reshipped item.
📦 Oh no! Did your product arrive damaged? 📦
Don't worry, just snap a pic of the damaged box and bag(s) and send it our way. We will work with you and the shipping company to make sure you are taken care of and, if necessary, a replacement is shipped.

We typically ship out your goodies on Tuesdays and Thursdays except on Holidays! Please note that we reserve the right to change our shipping days whenever needed.
