We freeze every batch far below zero, then a vacuum pulls out the water. Each piece puffs up to about twice its size and turns light and airy, so it melts in your mouth with a big crunch. Same great flavor, maybe even a bit more.

Ingredients: Corn syrup (from corn), sugar (from beets), water, gelatin, citric acid, natural and artificial flavors, pectin (derived from fruit), vegetable oil (coconut, canola) and carnauba leaf wax (to prevent sticking), FD&C yellow #5, FD&C red #40, FD&C yellow #6, FD&C blue #1. Coconut oil is highly refined and is not considered an allergen.
Processed in a facility that uses: milk, egg, wheat, tree nuts & peanuts.
